No, we only offer an installation service. However, all products are rigorously tested and precision fabricated by industry leaders to meet your exact specifications.

Do you promise to offer value for money and long term peace of mind?

Yes, of course. Along with superb build quality, excellent service, and great installation procedures we take great care in ensuring competitive quotes and guaranteed reliability. All of our products are guaranteed for 10 years after installation.

Are your installation teams audited every 3 months by British Standards Institute to reaffirm your reputation for quality installations?

Yes, we pride ourselves on the quality of our installations and are tested every 3 months to ensure this quality stays superb.

Do you provide free, no obligation quotations?

Do you comply with all existing and forthcoming building regulations?

Do you take on commercial projects?

Do you only use your own surveyors?

Yes, we only use our own surveyors. Each of our surveyors are trained to the highest standard and can plan for any home improvement, from the simplest of roofing to the most complicated bespoke house extensions.

Are your installers qualified?

Many of our installers have actually been with us for over 20 years. A prerequisite is that they are NVQ2 qualified and work within the stringent standards and guidelines also laid out by BSI.

Can you provide self-cleaning glass?

Yes, we can.

What accreditations do you have?

SEH BAC are members of the GGF (Glass and Glazing Federation) who are a respected and well known organisation committed to ensure it’s members perform to the highest standard. We, SEH BAC, are affiliated to the Government endorsed TrustMark Scheme, which gives customer confidence with proven codes of practice in health & safety, customer care, quality of work, trading practices and customer care. SEH BAC are also regulated by FENSA (Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme). All windows and doors must comply with FENSA thermal performance standards and regulations.
